Land lease:

Farmers who would like to farm organically, and do not have access to land or equipment, can now lease land at Bella Organic. With a few hand tools you can grow crops for your farmers market business, or simply grow products for the wholesale market.

You can lease parcels from one acre up to fifty acres. The rates would be set accordingly with the services you would need from us.

A one acre plot tilled with water line provided, and organic fertilizer applied would cost approximately $2000.00 a year. Larger acreages are discounted.

Each situation is different, and rates would vary based on the number of acres leased, and the kind of help you would need us to help you with.

Bring in your  rake, and shovel and let us farm together.
